L. A. Hart in the last ten years to the theory of punishment and the critical study of legal criteria of responsibility. H. L. A. Hart, a Fellow of University College, Oxford, was Professor of Jurisprudence in the University of Oxford from 1952 to 1968. Among his other books are The Concept of Law (1961) and (with A. Some creasing on spine and some foxing on edges of covers. Very little spots of ink and slight foxing on insides of covers. Annotation in pencil on one page and very few faded marks of ink on certain pages, otherwise the pages of book are as good as new.
